this post is different in that i have included a patcher i coded myself from scratch that works in xp, vista and windows 7
thepatcher is 20kb in size and included in the download.
I will gradually add stuff to the patcher with images and music.
The patcher uses a fileselector you need to point to the wavepad.exe file to patch it
