Installation:
1. Extract Klasik7.theme and klasic7 folder toC:WindowsResourcesThemes
2. Replace explorerframe.dll file in C:Windowssystem32 folder with the apropriate file from explorerframe folder, according to your version of Windows 7.Backup the original file first.
Restart windows and select theme from presonalize menu.
